We are in suite 1034, on the north side of West State Road 436. Parking is free and on site, and the entrance, parking and restroom are wheelchair accessible. If you are running late, call rather than hurry. We would rather move your slot than start a visit with you out of breath.
Friday to Sunday the phone still gets answered. A call on a closed day is picked up and booked into the first open slot, so you do not need to wait until Monday to ask a question or report a broken tooth.
